Describe Bonnie Starr Interiors...

Elegant yet simple blend of classic and modern

Every room needs…

To fit and mirror each client’s personal style and remain as aesthetically appealing as possible.

Comfort and function are just as important as beauty and style.

What are the four things no home should be without?

1. Comfortable yet functional spaces

2. A personal touch: a family heirloom, favorite painting, or something

acquired from travel

4. A piece that inspires the client or holds special meaning

3. Natural and ambient light

Who are your decorating icons?

Barbara Barry: she has beautiful and elegant taste with a simple style that draws from balance, proportion and symmetry.

Bunny Williams: She has been a major figure in design for over 40 years and creates beautiful spaces that always reflect the different personalities and tastes of the client.

Where do you develop inspiration for each project?

Inspiration can be drawn from many aspects including the client’s lifestyle, interests, location or setting of the space, and the overall architecture.

It is important that we draw from each client’s own personal life and style.

Working with interior designers…

Is a way for the client to gain professional access and knowledge to sources and ideas

that help create personal and functional spaces that are both beautiful and comfortable.
